We are now looking for a Key Account Manager who will work with our Finnish and international key accounts. In a nutshell, your task is to delight our customers and grow their business with us. 

You will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with Product Deployment and Project Management. You are good at spotting upsell opportunities and are efficient in securing recurring contract renewals. You are able to identify future challenges or obstacles and you know how take necessary steps to solve communication issues diplomatically.

You are managing the account and therefore, you have a 100% responsibility for ensuring the client is satisfied. During solution deployment, project managers are reporting to you. 
It is also important that your success is not only personal, but will benefit the entire team. As such, we believe you have empathy and can find ways to coach and learn together with your colleagues. 

We believe that in order to succeed in this role you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience within software sales, especially in SaaS 
  • Proven success in working with decision makers and executives within the public and private sector
  • Excellent understanding of project management processes in software project deployments
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong expectations management skills 
  • Ability to travel internationally for trade shows and customer meetings
  • Fluency in English and Finnish. Fluency is German is preferred
  • Startup experience
  • Experience in the transport industry is preferred
